West Park Real Estate
West Park holds the distinction of being Broward's 31st city and the newest created (March 1st, 2005). The city is home to about 12,000 residents. The area that makes up the city was previously unincorporated.
West Park real estate has Hollywood to its north, Miramar on the west, Miami-Dade County on the south and Pembroke Park on the east. Residents should not get too accustomed to the name of the new city as "West Park" is only an interim name while an official name is being decided.
